This document explains how the Auto Update Work Order Status based on Shopify Order Status feature works between Shopify and Dyrect.
Once enabled, any status update made to an order in Shopify is automatically reflected in the corresponding Work Order in Dyrect. This eliminates manual status updates and ensures both platforms remain synchronized.
Step 1: Enable Shopify Integration in Dyrect
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Ensure Shopify is installed and connected
Step 3: Enable Data Sync
- Go to Data Syncing
Enable:
- Click Save

Step 4: Enable Automation Flow
Under Automation Flows:
Process Flow
Step 1: Work Order Creation In the Back Office (Dyrect), the client creates a Work Order

Step 2: Order Reflection in Shopify
Step 3: Status Update in Shopify
- Go to Shopify Orders
- Open the respective order
- Update the order status (e.g., fulfilled, processing, etc.)

Step 4: Status Sync to Dyrect
- The updated Shopify order status is automatically synced
- The Work Order status in Dyrect is updated accordingly
