Business hierarchy helps in defining clear responsibilities and access levels within the organization.
Dyrect’s back-office system allows customization of hierarchy to suit organizational needs.
Each role can have specific permissions and a designated homepage for efficient navigation and management.

It ensures:
Clear delegation of responsibilities
Controlled access to features
Smooth workflow and management
Proper visibility for each role
Yes. You can create parent and child roles to build a multi-level structure based on your organization’s needs.
A parent role is the higher-level role in the hierarchy. Any role assigned under it becomes a child role. Parent roles can see or manage items assigned to their child roles (depending on permissions).
After creating a role, go to Settings → Role, select the role, and choose the screens that the sub-account user should have access to.
Yes. You can assign a custom homepage for each role so users see a relevant landing page when they log into the portal.

Yes. Multiple child roles can be assigned under the same parent role to create parallel hierarchies.
If no parent is assigned, the role exists at the top level. It will not inherit or report to any other role.
A role can be deleted only if it is not assigned to any sub-users. If assigned, you must first reassign or remove the role from the user.
Parent roles can access data of their child roles depending on assigned permissions.
Sub-account users receive access and visibility based on:
The role assigned to them
The permissions configured for that role
The hierarchy structure they belong to
