The Email Builder allows you to customize a standard email template as per your business requirements. It provides a user-friendly interface where you can edit content, update styling, and add or remove elements such as text, images, buttons, headers, and footers—without writing any code.
Each email notification (for example, Registration Confirmation) comes with a default template that can be modified using the Email Builder.

The selected template will open in the Email Builder editor.
The Email Builder is divided into three main sections:

These placeholders are automatically replaced with actual values when the email is sent.

The Inspect tab helps you view and adjust element-level properties for better layout control.
Select any element on the canvas to edit its content.
Use the Styles panel to update colors, fonts, and spacing.
Click Add Element to insert new components.
Rearrange elements as needed for better structure.
Use placeholders carefully to ensure dynamic data is displayed correctly.
Before saving your changes, you can verify the email layout and content:
Click on Send Test Email.
Enter the test email address.
Review the received email to ensure formatting and content are correct.
Once you are satisfied with the updates:
Click Save to apply the changes to the selected email template.
The updated template will be used for all future emails of that type.
