Here is the guide in the requested format:

Notes

The Customer Portal is automatically created when a customer registers a warranty. From the Customer Portal, customers can:

  • Register warranties

  • View active warranty duration (months remaining)

  • View registered products

  • Raise claim requests

  • Track support requests

To ensure customers can access the correct features in the Customer Portal, permissions must be enabled from the Dyrect Admin Portal. Any permission enabled here will reflect directly in the Customer Portal.

Step-by-Step Guide to Give Customer Portal Permissions

1. Login to Dyrect Portal

  • Login to the Dyrect Admin Portal using admin credentials.

2. Navigate to App Settings

  • Go to Settings.

  • Click on Customer Portal

  • Open  User App Permission.

  • File a Claim – Allows customers to raise warranty claims

  • Support Request List – Allows customers to create and track support tickets

  • Quotation List – Allows customers to view quotations (optional, based on brand use case)

You can enable individual permissions or use Select / Remove All if required.
