Domain whitelisting means allowing your custom domain (e.g., warranty.yourwebsite.com) to work with the Dyrect platform by pointing it to Dyrect’s servers through CNAME records.
CNAME records connect your custom domain to Dyrect’s server. Without them, your domain cannot display or run the Dyrect portal properly.
You must add the following two CNAME entries in your DNS:
warranty.yourwebsite.com → subdomain.dyrect.co
api.yourwebsite.com → api21.dyrect.co
Dyrect will generate and install the SSL certificate for your custom subdomain after the CNAME records are added.
Once CNAME records are added correctly, Dyrect generally completes SSL installation and configuration within a short time.
Basic DNS editing is required. If you're unsure, your hosting provider or IT team can add the CNAME records for you.
No. After white labeling is completed, your users will only see your custom domain (e.g., warranty.yourwebsite.com).
