Whether you want to import products, external serial numbers, warranties, or other records, the import tool ensures smooth and accurate data entry, saving time and improving operational efficiency.

Step-by-Step Guide to Import Data

1. Download and Upload the Import Template

  1. Go to the relevant module (for example: Products, External Serial Numbers, Warranties, etc.).

  2. Click on Import 

  3. From the dropdown, select Import.


  4. A new page will open:

    • Click Download to download the import template.

    • Once downloaded, click Next.


  5. On the next page, upload the filled-in template and click Next to continue.

2. Review and Complete the Import

  1. Carefully review all the uploaded data.

  2. Click Next, then click Import.

  3. A confirmation pop-up will appear—select Yes, Import to complete the process.
