The Form Builder provides options to Save, Publish, Preview, and Share your warranty registration form. These options help you safely manage form changes, review the customer-facing experience, and publish updates when the form is ready.

1. Steps to Save a Form

After making changes to your form, you can save them as a draft before publishing.

  1. Make the required changes to your form.

  2. Click Save in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Save as draft.

  4. Your changes will be saved without making them live to customers.

  5. You can return to the form later and continue editing.

Tip: Use Save as draft when you want to keep your changes for review or testing before publishing them.


2. Steps to Preview a Form

The Preview option allows you to see how the form will appear to customers before publishing it.

  1. Click Preview in the top-right corner.

  2. Review the form layout and all configured fields.

  3. Check field labels, descriptions, required fields, and input types.

  4. Test the form flow to make sure everything works as expected.

  5. Return to the Form Builder and make any required changes.

3. Steps to Publish a Form

Once you have reviewed and tested your changes, you can publish them.

  1. Click Save in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Publish Changes.

  3. The latest saved changes will be published and made available on the live form.

  4. Verify the published form using Preview or the live form link.

Once published, the status at the top of the Form Builder will show Published.


4. How to Unpublish a Form

If you need to temporarily remove a form from being live:

  1. Click Save in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Unpublish Form.

  3. Confirm the action if prompted.

  4. The form will no longer remain published.

5. Sharing the Form

  2. The Share Form with others window will open.

  3. Copy the displayed form link.

  4. Share the link with the required users or add it wherever the form needs to be accessed.
