Step-by-Step Guide to Import Service Centers

1. Navigate to Import Service Centers

  • Click on Settings from the left menu.
  • Go to Business Portal.
  • Select General Settings.
  • Scroll to the Service Centers section.
  • Click on + Service Center.
  • Select Import Service Centers.



2. Upload the File

  • You will be redirected to the Import Service Centers page.
  • Click on Download XLSX Template (recommended).
  • Fill in the template with service center details.
  • Upload the file.
  • Click on Next.

Important Points to Keep in Mind:

  • Maximum 100,000 records can be uploaded at a time.
  • Date format should be DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD.
  • File must include a header row.
  • Ensure all required columns are present.

3. Column Mapping

  • Match Excel columns with system fields.
  • Ensure all required fields are correctly mapped.
  • Click on Next to proceed.





4. Repair (If Needed)

  • The system will highlight errors (if any).
  • Fix the issues directly or re-upload the corrected file.
  • Once resolved, proceed further.

5. Import Data

  • Review the data summary.
  • Click on Import to complete the process.

  • Contact Person Name
  • Address*
