Warranty registration allows customers to register purchased products for warranty coverage. Registration records may include product information, serial numbers, purchase dates, and customer contact details.

1. Find the Warranty Registration

1. Open the Warranty menu from the dashboard.
2. Select Warranty List.
3. Click Search.
4. Search using any of these details:
   • Customer name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Serial number
5. Click the relevant Warranty ID.
6. Open Warranty Registration Details.

2. Edit Customer or Registration Details

1. Locate the field requiring an update.
2. Click the pencil icon beside that field.
3. Enter the revised information.
4. Click the tick icon to save the update.

3. Modify the Product SKU

1. Click Action in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Change Product.
3. Choose the replacement product from the dropdown menu.
4. Enter the new serial number.
5. Confirm the automatically populated customer details.
6. Click Update Warranty.

⚠️ Important: An email notification flag may appear for the style number update. Leave this flag unchecked when the customer should receive no email.
