Step-by-Step Guide to Customize Ticket Status
Step 1: Login to Dyrect Portal
Login to the Dyrect Admin Portal using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Business Portal Settings

Go to Settings

Click on Business Portal

Open General Settings
Step 3: Open Status Section

Scroll to the Status section

Click on Support Tickets
Here, you will see the list of existing statuses.

Step 4: Add a New Status

Click on + Add Status

Enter the Status Name

Select the Status Type (e.g., New, In-Progress, Completed, Closed, etc.)
