
Click on the 'Experience' option located on the dashboard.
A new page will open, displaying available experiences.
Click on the ‘Create New Experience’ button to start building a new experience.
Fill in the following details:
Experience Name: Enter a descriptive name.
Brand: Select the associated brand (if applicable).
Product: Choose a specific product, if necessary.
Module: Select the relevant module.
Experience Description (optional): Provide a brief description.
Click on ‘Create Experience’ to proceed.
Click on “Add Action” and select the desired options, such as video, links, or service center information.
The selected actions will appear in the Product Experience Preview section on the right side.
Click on the "Video" option.
Choose a CTA Icon (optional).
Set the Call to Action (CTA) (e.g., "Watch Video").
Select Video Type (Static or Dynamic) and choose “Dynamic” from the dropdown.
Click “Save” to confirm the changes.
Once you have entered all the details accurately, click "Save." You will see two options: "Save as Draft" and "Publish Changes." Select "Publish Changes" to proceed.
Select the specific product for which you want to create an experience.
Click the dropdown next to the product and choose “Edit”.
In the editing section, click on the ‘Product Experience’ option to associate the experience with the product.
This will display all the details you added for the experience.
Once all details are finalized, click “Preview” to see how the experience will appear to users.
Click “Save” to complete the process.
