Order management helps businesses track, create, and manage orders efficiently. It ensures smooth processing of product requests, maintains records of quantities, pricing, and serial numbers, and helps in tracking shipments between locations or dealers

The Single Order feature allows you to create and manage individual orders by entering product details, quantities, and pricing.

Step-by-Step Guide to Add a Single Order

1. Navigate to Orders

  • Click on Orders from the left sidebar.
  • Click on Add Order button on the top-right.
  • From the dropdown, select Single Order.



2. Fill in Order Details

A new page will open. Enter the following details:

  • Company* – Select the company name
  • Dealer* – Choose the dealer
  • Order Date* – Select the order date
  • Reference #* – Enter a unique reference number for tracking



3. Add Product Details in Item Table

In the Item Table section:

  • Select the Product (SKU ID / SKU Name)
  • Enter the Quantity (QTY)
  • Enter the Rate (₹)
  • The Total Price will be calculated automatically
  • Serial numbers (if applicable) will be displayed or assigned

You can add multiple products by clicking on “Select a Product” in the next row.


4. Save the Order

  • Click on Save to create the order
  • Or click on Save as Draft if you want to complete it later

Once saved, the order will appear in the Order List.
