Step-by-Step Guide to Add Service Centers

1. Navigate to Service Centers

  • Click on Settings from the left menu.
  • Go to Business Portal.
  • Select General Settings.
  • Scroll to the Service Centers section.



2. Add a New Service Center

  • Click on the + Service Center button.
  • Select Add Service Center from the dropdown.

3. Fill in Service Center Details

A form will appear where you need to enter the following details:

  • Center Name – Name of the service center
  • Contact Person Name – Person responsible at the center
  • Brands – Select applicable brands
  • Products – Assign products handled by this center
  • Address – Complete address of the service center
  • City, State, ZIP Code, Country – Location details
  • Mobile Number / Landline – Contact numbers
  • Email – Official email ID
  • Fax (Optional) – If applicable
  • Unique Reference ID – Unique identifier for the service center



4. Save the Service Center

  • After filling all required fields, click on Save Changes.
  • The service center will be added and visible in the list.
