Steps to Add a Widget

  1. Open the required Form in the Form Builder.

  2. Go to the Elements section.

  3. Click Add Elements.

  4. Select the required widget.

  5. Configure it from the Field Settings panel.

  6. Use Preview to check the widget.

  7. Click Save.


1. Primary CTA

A Primary CTA (Call to Action) allows you to add a prominent action button to the form.

It can be used to guide customers toward the next relevant action.

How to Add a Primary CTA

  1. Click Add Elements.

  2. Select Primary CTA.

  3. Enter the required CTA Text.

The customer will see the configured button and can use it to proceed with the relevant action.




2. Coupon Widget

A Coupon Widget allows you to display promotional offers or discounts within the form.

It can be used to encourage customers to make a purchase or take advantage of a special offer.

  • Registration offers

How to Add a Coupon Widget

  1. Click Add Elements.

  2. Select Coupon Widget.

  3. Open the Field Settings panel.

  4. Select an existing coupon or click + Add to create a new one.

  5. Review the coupon details and terms.

  6. Use Preview to check how the offer appears.

  7. Click Save.



Creating or Updating a Coupon

Configure the following details when creating or updating a coupon:

Title

Enter a name for the coupon.

Example: Cash coupon

Discount Type

Select either:

  • Fixed Amount

  • Percentage

For example, you can configure 14% off.

Applies To

Choose where the coupon will be applied, such as:

  • Entire Order

  • A configured product or purchase condition

You can also set a Minimum Purchase requirement if needed.

Coupon Expiry

Set when the coupon should expire.

You can choose:

  • After a certain number of Hours, Days, or Months

  • On a Specific Date

Example: Expires after 7 days.
