Overview

In this guide we will review what to expect during your technical Dyrect integration process for your Shopify storefront.

We'll go through the steps required to integrate Dyrect warranty management on your store. Before you begin we recommend reviewing the requirements to get started on a Shopify integration.

1. Integrating with Dyrect

Integrating with Dyrect is as easy as ever with Shopify's App. Simply install the app and follow the guides below to get started:

2. Installing the App

NotesConsiderations : Once the app is installed, Dyrect will have access to your Orders, Products, and Customer information
  1. Download the shopify app here
  1. Click install

🥳 Congratulations you've completed the app install. You can now move forward with integrating with Dyrect.

3. Account Setup

Once the App install is completed, you will be redirected to our onboarding page to setup your admin portal for setup where you need to fill in:
  1. Company Information
  2. Portal Login Information
  3. Brand Information
  4. Upload Product (If Shopify app is intalled products automatically get sync)
  5. Update Product Warranty Terms: Since Warranty terms are not mentioned in your Shopify store, update them in the products.
Alternatively you will receive an onboarding email with the instructions.

4. Customise Registration Form 

A Default registration form will be created in the dyrect portal. You can make changes in the form as below:
  1. Go to Forms -> Configuration
  2. Select Product Registration Form
  3. Edit the Registration form
  4. Get the Warranty Form URL
  5. Embed the form on your Shopify store.

5. Embed on Shopify Store

Once the form is create, now you can easily embed the registration form onto your Shopify Store. Here is how->
